Q: Will the campaign site work on any type of mobile phone?
A: Yes, with advanced device detection capabilities built into the solution, your campaign site is automatically formatted to work on 14,000 different mobile devices, including feature and smart phones.
Q: What browser do you recommend?
A: We advise you to use the tool in a Google Chrome browser, which you can download for free here.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Please refer to the Plans and Prices at the top menu.
Q: How does the tool work?
A: It is based on drag and drop functionality. You build your campaign site by dragging the widgets on the right part of your screen over to the canvas on the left part of your screen. You then double-click the item you have just added to your canvas, and edit it.
Q: What does "Enable SSL" mean on the Dashboard page?
A: SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and is a protocol for encrypting information over the Internet. SSL provides communication security over the Internet in a way designed to prevent eavesdropping and tampering. By enabling SSL, you will find that your campaign URL will have a link that starts with https instead of http.
Q: What are the demo markings that show up on the campaign site after I've made it?
A: The demo markings allow you to test out your campaign site without having to activate it. In the enterprise tailored version you can remove the watermark temporarily without having to pay for the site by selecting the "Remove watermark for two hour" option.
Q: How come some of the widgets don't work as they should when I have created a campaign?
A: You have to activate the campaign to make the interactive widgets (like contact form, quiz, etc) work. In the enterprise tailored version you can remove the watermark temporarily without having to pay for the site by selecting the "Remove watermark for two hours" option.
Q: How do I see all the campaigns I have made?
A: When you log in, you click on "Campaigns", which gives you a list of all the campaigns you have made.
Q: How do I get access to campaign data?
A: Under each campaign site, there is a link to a "Statistics" page, where you can access your campaign data.
Q: What kind of analytics can I see?
A: In the standard version, we track how many total and unique impressions your site gets, what kind of mobile devices people who have accessed the site used and where they came from, based on where you trafficked the campaign site. We also provide extra analytical capabilities with the enterprise tailored version.
Q: How do I route traffic to my campaign site?
A: We provide you with a unique URL for each campaign site, and generate a unique QR code as well. You can use any of these to route traffic to your campaign site.
